Ejection & sorting chute – Type: ASR

Quality assurance directly after the injection process with our ASR!

With the SCHUMA ejection & sorting chute, you can separate your good and bad parts even in the ejection chute of the injection moulding machine. Sorting takes place via a stainless steel sliding plate that can pneumatically change the sliding direction forwards or backwards. If the valve receives a 24 V signal from the injection moulding machine, the sorting chute switches over and the reject parts slide to the other side. If the signal drops, the sorting chute swings back to its initial position.
